Senior Account Manager – Nuclear Services is responsible for leading customer relationships for the Steam Power Nuclear Services portfolio in the assigned region. The role drives orders, commitments, and customer strategy for a defined portfolio of customer accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop long‑term strategic plans with customers to drive market penetration and support growth of orders, sales, cash, and margin.
Maintain ongoing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive a sales pipeline on complex, multi‑offering transactions including Parts, Repairs, Outage Services, Performance Upgrades, Digital Solutions, and Long‑Term Service/Parts Agreements.
Develop and maintain key Account Plans with detailed insights focused on Customer Strategy, ESG Policies, Organizational Structures, Buying Behaviors, Outage and Opportunity Forecasts.
Continuously monitor and drive the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities.
Provide leadership through the formulation and execution of proposal strategies that capitalize on GE’s competitive strengths.
Support the maintenance of accurate and current project and opportunity information in NEX.
Manage and influence in a matrix environment; work independently and be a self‑starter.
Business acumen and analytic ability; demand forecasting and pacing support to Sales Operations/Finance.
Eligibility Requirements
The preferred work location is Atlanta, Georgia, but highly qualified U.S. remote candidates will be considered. Relocation assistance is provided.
Access to U.S. export‑controlled information is required. Conditional offers will depend on obtaining authorization for such access.
Ability to travel 50%.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline from an accredited college or university OR (High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry).
Minimum of 10 years experience in the Power Generation Industry.
Minimum of 5 years experience with, and knowledge of, Steam Turbine / Generator technology products and services.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management or Customer Service in the Power Generation industry.
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Pay range: $128,400.00 – $213,900.00 (U.S. based position). The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
