You’ll be out in the community. Hosting dinners, attending demo nights, and turning honest conversations into commercial wins.
You’ll be part of one of the fastest-growing Fintechs in the US. A company built for founders, by founders.
Your role is to build community, host killer events, and help founders scale faster with a platform that takes the pain out of business banking.
What you’ll do
Build relationships with founders and investors across the SF ecosystem
Host / attend 3 + events weekly - dinners, mixers, demo nights
Drive new accounts from intro to onboarding (Seed → Series B)
Collaborate with Product + Success for seamless onboarding
Feed field insights back to leadership
Who You Are
2–5 years in fintech sales as an AE or venture cap roles (scout, analyst, or community builder)
Thrive on networking and in-person connections
Known connector in the founder or VC world - your network is your superpower
Are curious, driven, and energised by fast-moving startups
Confident hosting events and building community in person
Driven by results but led by relationships
Worked at Brex, Ramp, Mercury, Airwallex, or another fintech scale-up
Built a startup yourself or run founder meetups
