My client is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Vice President of FP&A to lead the design, implementation, and management of our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This executive will be a key partner to the CFO and leadership team, helping to drive data‑informed decision‑making and improve financial performance across our rapidly growing service organization. Success in the First 12 Months

Build and roll out a robust budgeting and forecasting framework. Deliver consistent, insightful reporting to leadership and investors. Establish cross‑functional financial discipline and accountability. Enhance visibility into margins, utilization, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Build and implement a company‑wide budgeting and forecasting process, including templates, timelines, and accountability structures. Develop and manage financial models that support strategic planning, long‑range forecasting, and scenario analysis. Partner with department heads to align budgets with strategic priorities, ensuring visibility into resource allocation and ROI. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance and financial health. Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly/quarterly forecast updates. Provide executive‑level financial reporting, insights, and recommendations to the CEO, CFO, and Board. Implement or optimize FP&A tools and systems (e.g., Adaptive, Planful, Anaplan, or NetSuite Planning). Build and lead a high‑performing FP&A team to support scalable growth. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience Proven track record of building FP&A infrastructure and processes from scratch. Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with financial systems and BI tools; ability to drive automation and process improvement.
