Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise‑level liquidity planning and funding strategies to optimize capital efficiency across various funds.

Develop and maintain comprehensive cash flow forecasting to ensure sustainable funding and adherence to company policies.

Oversee liquidity modeling and warehouse funding strategies, collaborating with Capital Markets Directors on securitizations and capital deployment timelines.

Supervise daily treasury operations, ensuring robust controls for disbursements, compliance, and reporting.

Act as the primary liaison for banking partners and funding providers, supporting negotiations for treasury services and warehouse lines.

Implement and enhance treasury reporting tools and dashboards, focusing on automation and best practices.

Mentor and develop the treasury team while presenting liquidity insights to executive leadership for informed decision‑making.

Qualifications Must‑Have

10+ years of treasury or fund finance experience, preferably in private credit, real estate, or structured finance.

Strong understanding of warehouse facilities, cash forecasting, and debt covenant management.

Experience with fund structures (institutional and retail) and investor capital flows.

Proven leadership skills with a track record of team development and effective communication.

Nice‑to‑Have

Familiarity with treasury technology (e.g., bank APIs, Power BI) and automation of treasury functions.

Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment with an ownership mindset.
