Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, Sales Analytics & Commercial Excellence to join the Le Labo North America sales team. We expect the candidate to be a strong retail business analyst with broad experience in retail and shipment forecasts, stock & sales planning, and inventory management in trade. The role will develop gross shipment plans for all channels and doors, derive detailed plans from gross to net, and produce monthly forecasts with channel leads and account executives. The analyst will collaborate closely with Demand Planning and support brand finance to deliver accurate sales projections for full P&L. The position is based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Responsibilities
Support the 3‑year LRP and annual budget process by developing account‑level retail and gross shipment estimates, returns, and other financial estimates for the brand in North America. Develop brand estimates for door openings. Partner with Finance, Marketing, Head of Account Management, and GM to optimize channel and product mix to improve profitability. Lead the monthly sales estimate process, including retail sales, gross shipments, returns, and other gross‑to‑net estimates; gather input from account management, channel leads, and marketing. Identify opportunities and risks, finalize estimates, and submit to the finance lead for review. Prepare monthly BRM deck for review with regional management. Collect and consolidate retail sales by door regionally. Review market trends, compare brand performance, and provide commentary. Work with Marketing/Sales to build new product launch forecasts, projections, and allocations. Ensure data reporting integrity (Power BI classifications). Conduct sales analysis, including HTSM and promotions. Support sales meetings and area visits. Handle ad-hoc projects and meetings. Qualifications
3-4 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience as a buyer/inventory planner is a plus. Ability to develop and communicate ideas, adapt vision, and be responsive to input. Strong financial and analytical acumen; advocate for planning best practices and collaborate with retailers. Business savvy; use analytics to justify financially sound options for the brand. Highly organized and structured. Capable of working in a fast‑paced, independent environment while managing multiple projects. Motivated self‑starter with a team‑player mindset; demonstrates challenger spirit and problem‑solving aptitude. Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills. Discretion in confidential matters. Base salary range: $73,150.00 to $109,200.00. Exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with potential for overachievement based on performance and company results. Benefits
