THE GIST Our client, a leading social platform with a massive global footprint, seeks a top‑tier Executive Assistant to join the Office of the CEO. This role will assist with managing the CEO's high volume schedule, travel coordination, and daily administrative support needs. The ideal candidate has experience supporting leaders in tech, ideally at a rapidly scaling startup or high‑growth company.
THE NITTY GRITTY
Work cohesively with CEO's Executive Assistant and support the team as a whole
Provide additional administrative support to the CFO, as needed
Expertly coordinate executives' calendar, addressing any conflicting appointments and sending reminders
Arrange domestic & international travel and prepare itineraries
Regularly interact with high‑profile executives & important stakeholders with discretion & professionalism
Handle incoming & outgoing communications with confidentiality and urgency
Create presentations & decks, prepare deliverables, and distribute meeting materials
Spearhead a wide range of internal and external communications
Help plan & execute company events & board meetings
Assist with other administrative functions and ad hoc projects, as needed
THE ESSENTIALS
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Experience supporting leaders in tech, ideally at a rapidly scaling startup or high‑growth company
Quick twitch and ability to swiftly process information
Responsive nature
Experience working in ambiguous and fast‑paced environments
Ability to act as a excellent extension & representation of the CEO & company
Clear and professional communication style, both verbal & written
Keen attention to detail
Ability to shift, adapt, and pivot when confronted with new challenges and opportunities
Experience working cohesively within all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders
