About The Opportunity We’re searching for a creative force. Someone who sees hotels not just as places to stay, but as stories waiting to be told. At Practice Hospitality, you’ll join a team known for launching and operating some of the most imaginative, design-forward hotels in the country. From desert hideaways to mountaintop landmarks, you’ll travel, collaborate, and shape the marketing behind extraordinary new openings and beloved lifestyle properties. About The Role The Corporate Marketing Manager is the connector between our corporate office and our portfolio of hotels—bringing consistency, creativity, and results to every market we serve. The role ensures hotels stand out for all the right reasons, with marketing efforts that resonate with travelers, move the needle for owners, and reflect an anything‑but‑cookie‑cutter approach. Remote flexibility is built in, though candidates in Dallas or other major markets are preferred due to frequent travel.

Public Relations: Collaborate with PR partners and hotel teams to generate meaningful coverage, develop press materials, and amplify property events.

Social Media: Manage content calendars, publishing and engagement as well as influencer outreach, communication and engagement for select hotel accounts.

Owner Communications: Support preparation of presentations and reports for owners that highlight marketing performance, wins, and growth opportunities.

Campaign Execution: Drive seasonal promotions, packages, and programming from creative concept through activation and measurement.

Analytics & Reporting: Translate campaign and digital performance metrics into clear insights and next steps for leadership and property teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, revenue, and operations to ensure marketing is aligned with revenue targets and on‑the‑ground realities.

Industry Awareness: Keep a finger on the pulse of hospitality, travel, and lifestyle trends to spark fresh ideas and new opportunities.
