Ability to get EIT/PE
1-15+ years of experience of geotechnical engineering
Writing proposals for geotechnical projects, providing recommendations, foundation analysis, etc.

Day‑To‑Day Join our team as a Geotechnical Engineer and play a pivotal role in delivering expert geotechnical consulting services across a diverse portfolio of projects. From expansive transmission lines and slope stability assessments to transportation infrastructure and vertical construction, you'll lead technical efforts that shape the built environment.
Lead geotechnical investigations, including planning fieldwork, selecting lab testing protocols, and performing engineering analyses.
Develop and deliver practical, data‑driven recommendations for foundations, earthwork, and site development.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and professional development.
Collaborate with our materials testing and inspection teams to troubleshoot design and construction challenges.
Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and manage project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
Communicate complex engineering concepts clearly to clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Champion safety by modeling best practices and promoting pre‑task planning across all projects.
Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement in engineering deliverables.
Assess and mitigate project risks in alignment with company policies.
Provide senior‑level technical leadership on both routine and complex projects.
Lead design and investigative strategies for major project phases or oversee full engineering scope on mid‑sized projects.
Coordinate and execute engineering work involving conventional and advanced design challenges.
Review and supervise projects requiring innovative investigation techniques; ensure high‑quality reporting and client communication.
Deliver technical training and stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Support business development through client engagement, proposal development, and strategic marketing.
Supervise and support junior staff and technical personnel.
Benefits/Compensation Salary ranges from $95,000-$125,000+, based on years of experience and qualifications. Full benefits package offered (health, dental, vision, 401K).
