What’s the position? Hard Rock Digital is seeking an experienced IT Asset & Procurement Manager to oversee all aspects of IT asset lifecycle management, software licensing, and procurement operations. This role is critical for maintaining compliance with software licensing agreements and gaming regulatory requirements while optimizing IT spend across the organization.

Software Asset Management

Manage comprehensive software license inventory and compliance program

Conduct regular software license audits and reconciliation

Coordinate vendor software audits and manage compliance responses

Track software license utilization and identify optimization opportunities

Maintain software license documentation for gaming regulatory examinations

Manage software license renewals and vendor relationships

Implement software asset management (SAM) tools and processes

Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management

Maintain accurate inventory of all IT hardware assets across global locations

Oversee hardware procurement, deployment, and retirement processes

Manage hardware refresh cycles and end-of-life planning

Coordinate equipment imaging, configuration, and deployment

Track hardware warranties and coordinate repair/replacement activities

Manage asset disposal and data sanitization procedures

Ensure hardware asset compliance with gaming regulatory requirements

IT Procurement Operations

Develop and manage IT procurement processes and vendor relationships

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with IT vendors

Process purchase requests and coordinate with finance on approvals

Manage vendor performance and service delivery

Identify cost savings opportunities and vendor consolidation initiatives

Ensure procurement compliance with organizational policies and gaming regulations

Budget Management & Reporting

Develop and manage IT asset and procurement budget

Track IT spending and provide regular budget variance reporting

Forecast future hardware and software needs based on business growth

Analyze IT spend patterns and identify cost optimization opportunities

Prepare financial reports and presentations for IT leadership

Manage contract renewals and coordinate budget planning

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain comprehensive asset management documentation for audits

Support IT compliance audits related to software licensing and hardware assets

Ensure asset management practices meet gaming regulatory requirements

Coordinate with IT Compliance team on asset-related audit requests

Implement and maintain asset management policies and procedures

Track and report on compliance metrics and key performance indicators

Tools & Process Improvement

Implement and manage asset management and procurement systems

Develop automation for asset tracking, reporting, and lifecycle management

Establish asset management best practices and standard operating procedures

Create dashboards and reporting for asset visibility and decision-making

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for procurement efficiency

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field

5+ years of experience in IT asset management and procurement

Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements

Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management

Knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle management and asset tracking

Proficiency with asset management tools and systems

Technical Skills

IT asset management (ITAM) software and systems

Software license management and compliance tools

Microsoft Office Suite and Excel advanced functions

ERP and procurement systems

Asset tracking and inventory management tools

Contract management systems

Financial reporting and budget management

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)

ITIL Foundation or higher certification

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Experience in gaming or regulated industries

Vendor negotiation and contract management training

Supply chain management experience
