Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Receptionist/Inside Sales in Clinton Township, MI. The Receptionist will handle front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing phones, following up with existing customers, making cold calls to obtain new customers, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Additional responsibilities include clerical support, maintaining records, and assisting with customer service inquiries. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations.

Qualifications

• Strong clerical skills, including organizing and managing office processes
