Pay: $20–$24/hr (based on experience) | Schedule: 1st Shift - Full-time

What You’ll Do

• MIG weld steel components for custom ductwork and ventilation systems.
• Read and follow blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Fit, tack, weld, and finish assemblies.
• Maintain safety, quality, and accuracy.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Purchase your own tools after training is completed.

What You Need

• MIG welding experience (preferred).
• Ability to read welding symbols and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Willingness to buy personal tools once trained.
• Ability to perform physical fabrication tasks.
