Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Rexel team in Dallas, TX or on the West Coast.
Summary The Recruiter will play a vital role in shaping the talent landscape by building strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers, leaders, and candidates to identify the best mutual fit across openings. This role will be responsible for sourcing, researching, and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates across various disciplines and locations. Highly organized, agile, and adaptable, the Recruiter will manage multiple requisitions, maintain clear communication, and pivot quickly to meet changing priorities. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and organizational leaders, the Recruiter will ensure that Rexel fills open positions in a timely manner with candidates who align with our values and contribute to our success.
What You'll Do Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including conducting hiring manager intake calls, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, providing feedback to candidates, and extending offers for various positions across multiple disciplines and locations
Workforce Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs and projections. Utilize effective workforce planning strategies, including operational analysis and research, to provide insights and recommendations that enhance the candidate pipeline and align with organizational goals
Networking and Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain a strong network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates. Leverage industry connections, job boards, and social media. Participate in career fairs, conferences, and community job fairs to engage with potential candidates and evaluate the effectiveness of these events. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to proactively present highly qualified candidates to hiring managers
Innovation and Creativity: Develop new sourcing channels and candidate engagement tactics; pilot and scale new tools and approaches
Efficiency and Process Improvement: Streamline the hiring process to reduce time, cost, and complexity for hiring managers and the internal Talent Acquisition Team. Ensure a smooth transition from job opening to candidate onboarding while adhering to compliance with TA processes, policies, and legal requirements
Recruitment Marketing and Branding: Develop and implement targeted recruitment programs and marketing materials to attract applicants for specific roles. Partner with the Marketing Team to enhance the organization’s employer brand through creative outreach and engagement strategies
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with HR team members and hiring managers to understand their needs and collaborate effectively throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications 2+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting/staffing, talent acquisition or human resources
Experience working in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition or HR department
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent - Required

Technology Proficiency with Smart Recruiters or another Applicant Tracking System
