We are currently seeking an experienced New Construction Closing Paralegal to join our Real Estate team in our Summerville office. Candidates should have 1-3 years' experience in real estate or an expressed interest in learning real estate legal practices. A paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program and/or bachelor’s degree are preferred. SC Notary certificate required. Qualifications
Education : Associates or better in Paralegal Studies or related field (Preferred). Preferred
Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well. Preferred
