Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post‑trial.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
Coordinate and manage trial logistics, including the preparation of trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
Review, organize, and summarize case materials and prepare legal memorandums.
Collaborate with attorneys to develop legal strategies and prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
Maintain and update case files, dockets, and calendars.
Liaise with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
Experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting.
Proficiency in trial preparation, legal writing, drafting pleadings, and conducting legal research.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work product.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using legal research software.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
A proactive approach to problem‑solving and the ability to work independently.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
