Golden Key Law Group, PLLC, a female‑led family‑law firm, is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal who can uphold and model the Golden Key standard of excellence. This position is responsible for managing family law cases with precision, consistency, and professionalism, in alignment with the firm’s established processes and client service approach.
The ideal candidate will work independently to manage their assigned cases while adapting to the differing communication and workflow styles of the two attorneys they support.
What You’ll Do
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
File with courts and track all case deadlines
Manage and maintain case files in Clio and Lawmatics
Coordinate hearings, mediations, and client communication
Support two attorneys with scheduling and daily case management needs
Prepare attorneys for mediations, hearings, and trials
Maintain accurate billing entries, time logs, and reporting
What You Bring
Minimum 2–3 years of family law experience required
Strong familiarity with Clio and Lawmatics software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, follow‑through, and time management skills
Ability to work independently while adapting to multiple attorney styles
Professionalism and empathy when dealing with sensitive client matters
