What You’ll Do
Provide legal and administrative support in
Trusts & Estates, Probate, Wills, and Real Estate
matters
Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents with a high attention to detail
Coordinate and assist with
probate filings, will signings, and document execution
Maintain client communication and manage document flow
Anticipate attorney needs, ensuring deadlines and details don’t slip through the cracks
What We’re Looking For
3+ years
of legal assistant experience (required)
Trusts & Estates law experience in a law firm
(required)
Strong document drafting and proofreading skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, composed, and client-facing demeanor
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
