As an Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in the planning and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conventions. You will collaborate closely with event planners and vendors to ensure that every aspect of our events runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of various events Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services Help manage event logistics, including transportation and catering Support the development of event materials such as programs and promotional materials Assist with on-site event setup and breakdown Provide support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software What We Offer
