Compensation

Appointment Setters & Sales Representatives : Commission-only - Earn

$2,800–$8,000+ per deal , depending on system size

Appointment Setters

and

Solar Sales Representatives

to represent Blue Raven Solar Sales, part of SunPower’s nationwide solar network.

As a Setter, you’ll introduce homeowners to SunPower’s solar solutions and schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you’ll meet with those homeowners, educate them on the benefits of solar, and guide them through the transition to clean energy.

This is a

field-based position

involving in person conversations through door-to-door outreach and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Engage directly with homeowners to generate interest in solar solutions

Schedule and attend qualified appointments (Setters schedule, Reps close)

Educating customers on the benefits of solar with tailored proposals

Leverage door-to-door, social media, and personal outreach to build opportunities

Maintain professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication throughout the process

Guide customers through a seamless transition to solar

Qualifications

No prior solar experience required, full training provided

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with door-to-door and in-home interactions

Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Fluent in English

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
