My client, a leading global Digital Marketing & Branding Agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development & Appointment Setter to join their global team. This is a home-office-based remote position based in Cape Town or surrounding areas, offering a strategic senior role focused on driving growth in the American commercial sector and a long-term career path with a dynamic, global company. Purpose of the Role

To identify, qualify, and schedule meetings with potential clients through outbound prospecting and lead generation activities, supporting the international sales team in achieving business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients to schedule meetings for the sales team Qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM system Manage and update the sales calendar with scheduled appointments, demos, and follow-up tasks Assist sales representatives with proposal preparation, presentation materials, and follow-up coordination Maintain organized records of customer interactions, appointments, and feedback Provide timely responses to inbound inquiries and route them appropriately Track progress against outreach and appointment-setting goals, reporting weekly on performance Support marketing and sales campaigns with lead nurturing activities as needed Assist with administrative duties related to contracts, quotes, and pipeline management Criteria

At least 3 years’ previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone and email presence Native proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools Highly organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed outreach and appointment-setting targets Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player Reliable internet, electricity, laptop, and mobile phone essential Work Conditions

Remote work Fridays, 16:00 – 00:00 South Africa time to align with US Central Time (09:00 – 17:00 CST) Must be comfortable working evening hours to support the US market Reward and Career Path
