Posted Friday, October 10, 2025 at 5:00 AM St. Louis County Library The Administration Department is seeking a full-time Individual Giving Coordinator to steward and solicit mid-level individual donors. The mission of the St. Louis County Library is to provide the resources and services to enrich individual minds, enhance lives and expand perspectives. SLCL is an award-winning library system with branches throughout St. Louis County. We have transformed into a meaningful community resource with updated facilities and an array of programs and partnerships that serve over 860,000 patrons. Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week; Occasional Saturday and Sunday. Responsible for stewarding mid-level donors.

A. Engage, connect, and solicit current, lapsed, and prospective mid-level donors ($1,000 and below). B. Create and manage strategic activities between Foundation and Library departments to support individual giving such as annual giving days. C. Creates and manages portfolio of donors using fundraising software and moves-management strategies. D. Collaborates frequently with the Manager, Development.

Manages all aspects of the Young Professionals Board.

A. Serves as staff liaison at quarterly meetings. B. Identifies, cultivates new YPB members. C. Manages all YPB event programming and budgets. D. Responsible for coordination of biennial YPB fundraising event.

Analyzes Foundation data.

A. Utilizes fundraising software to create reports. B. Responsible for creation of the Foundation Dashboard, and presents at Foundation board meetings. C. Creates content for monthly digital newsletter.

Manages all aspects of Foundation's online store.

A. Orders and maintains stock of items. B. Works with Communications department and outside vendors to create new stock. C. Picks, packs and ships all orders in a timely fashion. D. Manages project budget.

Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications
