Front Office Admin
to join our team in Irving and Dallas. In this vital front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience while supporting our providers and administrative team. Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out Schedule and confirm appointments, including post-op and follow-ups Answer incoming calls, communicate clearly with patients, providers, and staff Monitor and distribute incoming faxes (e.g., referrals, imaging reports) Perform accurate data entry and help maintain current patient records Job requirements
Must have medical office experience Must have Epic experience What We're Looking For
Kind, patient, and professional demeanor Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a busy medical office Flexible team player willing to assist in various administrative duties as needed What We Offer
