Job Summary
Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
Handle all front desk related tasks, including info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, and taking potential members on tours.
Ability to handle any changes needed to be made to a member's account.
Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed.
Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Shift Expectations
(4 8-hour shifts): 1 hour (minimum): Deep cleaning. 1 hour (minimum): Continued training. Full shift: See Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Employees at a franchise location are employed by the Franchisee and are not employees of PFHQ (the Franchisor). PFHQ neither dictates nor controls labor or employment matters for franchisees or their employees, and does not retain any reserved authority to control the terms and conditions of employment for franchisees or their employees.
