As the Cast Booster Producer, you will efficiently assist in the set-up, filling, inspection, and packaging of all Cast Booster products, adhering to plant and site-specific safety rules and quality standards. Who We Are

Demonstrate and lead the commitment to Zero Harm through behavioral safety practices. Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE standards and regulations. Uphold and promote IPL Corporate Values. Support BEx initiatives and encourage participation across all areas. Meet daily processing requirements. Implement industry best practices, eliminate waste, and support manufacturing initiatives. Conduct quality inspections during packing procedures. Handle product pouring and transfer requirements. Load empty plastic canisters onto transport trays. Operate manual forklifts for material movement. Maintain Housekeeping and 5S standards. What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED (preferred). Manufacturing experience (preferred). Willingness to undergo and pass an ATF background check for explosives possession. Ability to interpret technical data and make informed operational decisions. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis across manufacturing processes. What We Offer
