Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Our Client, a large and well-respected real estate firm in Palm Beach is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Corporate Real Estate Paralegal to be an integral part of their team and continued success. This role will support the General Counsel as well as other members of their Legal Team.

Position Salary: $110,000 - $120,000.00

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Required, Registered Paralegal Certificate Preferred, Notary Public License a plus

7-10+ years of Corporate Paralegal Experience with a focus on Commercial Real Estate

Experience Managing complex/organizational entity structures

Knowledge of and experience with Corporate Governance and Corporate Record Maintenance

Very strong technical and organizational skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
