The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for beMatrix USA. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this individual will oversee day‑to‑day marketing activities, manage trade show and event participation, support six annual beAcademy events, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to plan and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines for campaigns and events.
Develop and maintain promotional materials, digital assets, and brand collateral.
Work alongside the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all international markets and communications.
Coordinate and execute multiple events each year, including trade shows, customer events, and six annual beAcademy training events.
Oversee trade show booth design, fabrication coordination, and onsite logistics in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
Track and report event ROI.
Support digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, and email campaigns.
Manage content creation (copywriting, photography, video) to showcase products and events.
Monitor and report on marketing metrics, campaign performance, and lead generation activities.
Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business needs.
Collaborate with global beMatrix marketing teams to maintain and strengthen global brand alignment.
Coordinate communication and logistics for the six annual beAcademy events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the events, exhibits, or manufacturing industries.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience managing trade shows or large-scale events.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel domestically for events as needed.
Location: Norcross, Georgia Employment: Full‑time (On‑site)
