Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join our client in North Wales. This role offers an opportunity to be part of the long-term Children’s Safeguarding team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and families, with significant expertise in managing child protection concerns and ongoing issues. A deep commitment to safeguarding children is essential. Role Responsibilities
Work with complex cases, including high-end Children in Need (CIN) and child protection cases. Manage cases that may progress to care proceedings, requiring knowledge of Court work and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement measurable, timely interventions in Child Protection and CIN plans. Identify when further intervention is needed and take appropriate action. Participate in practice improvement, process, procedure, policy, and strategy development. Assess and manage risk using your expertise in social care practice. Support and mentor colleagues while maintaining hands-on experience in complex cases. Candidate Requirements
Registered with Social Work Wales. Experience in progressing Child Protection and CIN plans. Expertise in assessing and managing risk in complex cases.
