Looking for MindBody/ClubReady experienced, friendly individuals! The Front Desk Sales Associate assists the General Manager with new membership sales and retention of current members. Knowledge of MindBody/ClubReady is essential. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, answering phones, addressing membership questions, transacting merchandise, and assisting with studio cleanliness. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Commission on sales Performance-based bonus opportunities Growth opportunities within the studio, including sales and management roles Job Requirements: At least 6 months of experience with MindBody/ClubReady Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal-oriented with ability to meet sales targets Proficient in computer skills and able to learn ClubReady software Fluent in English with strong communication skills via in-person, phone, and email Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to travel occasionally Availability to attend events and trainings as needed Responsibilities: Document client accounts accurately Confirm appointments via calls Make 25+ calls per shift to generate leads and book visits Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing Achieve sales goals set by the GM Conduct studio tours for prospects Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing Promote studio objectives as a Sales Associate Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas Participate in community events to promote the studio Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Develop selling skills continually Perform other duties as assigned by GM Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, reach, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb stairs. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception. Effective hearing in person and via telephone is required.
