Junior HR Specialist - Lindon, Utah
for our client, a market leader in the energy sector. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-career HR professional looking to take on a hands-on role supporting performance management, policy compliance, investigations, and workforce engagement in a high-impact corporate environment. Responsibilities Triage investigation claims and respond to employee and consumer complaints, including documentation and investigative reporting. Analyze data trends and prepare reports to support team and organizational decisions. Review and approve transactions in SuccessFactors related to discipline, terminations, and leaves of absence. Participate in HR-driven projects and cross-functional initiatives. Escalate employee relations issues as appropriate through internal leadership channels. Use HRIS tools and MS Office to analyze and present employee data to stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information at all times. Collaborate across departments and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Behavior, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience in employee relations or human resources in a fast-paced environment preferred. Familiarity with employment law including ADA, Title IX, and leave policies. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and communication channels simultaneously. High level of attention to detail and sound judgment in risk mitigation. Strong communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Want to be notified of similar positions?
