The

SayPro Fellowship Management Programme

is designed to empower individuals with disabilities through professional experience in managing youth development fellowships. This opportunity offers structured learning, mentoring, and leadership development within a supportive environment. Key Fellowship Responsibilities:

Programme Design & Administration

Contribute to the design and structure of the fellowship programme

Support strategic partnerships with educational and professional institutions

Assist in defining roles and responsibilities for fellows and programme stakeholders

Recruitment & Selection

Participate in promoting fellowship opportunities

Assist in processing applications and conducting candidate assessments

Support the coordination of interviews and selection procedures

Onboarding & Training

Engage in orientation sessions introducing SayPro’s vision and programme goals

Participate in ongoing training aligned with youth leadership and development

Receive guidance through a structured mentorship programme

Supervision & Evaluation

Engage in regular monitoring and feedback sessions

Participate in performance evaluations and personal development planning

Contribute to the impact assessment of fellowship activities

Reporting & Communication

Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes

Assist in preparing monthly fellowship reports

Stay informed and communicate actively with programme stakeholders and peers

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be a person living with a disability

(medical or official documentation required)

Completed or currently pursuing a qualification in

Business Administration, Public Management, Social Sciences , or a related field

Strong interest in youth development, training, or programme administration

Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills

Basic digital literacy (email, document management, spreadsheets)
