Progressive Technology is seeking a professional, courteous, and organized
Corporate Receptionist
to serve as the face of our office. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic corporate environment, enjoys interacting with clients and staff, and can manage a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming front office environment and providing essential administrative support to various departments. Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors, clients, and staff with warmth and professionalism upon arrival. Manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, and route them to the appropriate departments. Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area and meeting rooms. Coordinate appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and calendar management for senior executives. Assist with travel arrangements, visitor management, and internal event coordination. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed. Support the HR/Admin team with document preparation, filing, and database entry. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role. Experience working in a corporate or professional office setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems is required. Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Occasional flexibility required during high-volume or special company events. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations. High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
