Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is self-motivated, values integrity, and brings a thoughtful, education-forward approach to childcare. This role calls for someone who engages with children intentionally – supporting cognitive, physical, and emotional development through structured play, communication, and daily routines that build early skills in motor coordination, language, and conceptual thinking.
Candidates should be safety-conscious, physically capable of navigating stairs in a two-story home while caring for a young child, and tech-savvy enough to log daily updates for the parents. A strong candidate will also be data-minded and able to observe patterns, track progress, and offer feedback on how to further support the child’s growth.
This family values early moral education (honesty, self-discipline, integrity), independent thinking, and a growth mindset. They are seeking a nanny who reflects those values and sees themselves as an active contributor to the child’s long-term development.
