Maintain accurate records of all interactions and assessments.
Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Prior experience with Intake in Personal Injury.
Astrong communicatorwho can immediately establish trust and credibility.
Someone witha natural ability to guide conversationsand ensure potential clients understand their options.
