Intake Specialist
Levin Papantonio Law Firm is seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This entry-level position does not require prior legal experience.
Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls, screening potential client claims.
Maintain accurate case management records.
Assist with reception duties during breaks or absences.
Collect information about potential clients, including details, documents, witnesses, statute of limitations and other deadlines.
Attend team meetings and training sessions.
Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, specific to spelling and grammar.
Computer proficiency in a Windows environment and the ability to type with speed and accuracy.
Preferred: 6+ months of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
Schedule Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm; work every other Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. On Saturday work weeks, Sunday and another weekday are optional off days.
