The Administrative Specialist I in the College of Health Professions (CHP) reports directly to the Associate Dean of Student Affairs and assumes responsibility for duties that support the efficient functioning of the college. Responsibilities include data entry for incoming student transcripts and transfer credit tasks, with primary support to transcript processing for undergraduate programs. This position requires meticulous attention to accuracy and detail. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential. Qualifications

Required:

High School diploma/GED. Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree. 1-2 years of administrative experience. Responsibilities

Performs routine work within established policies and procedures and receives detailed instructions on new projects. Assist with processing new/incoming CHP students during peak admissions processing periods. Enter required data in the Workday Student Information System and complete transfer credit evaluation tasks. Ensure accurate data entry, file/archive completed documents, and provide regular updates and status reports to management. Performs other duties as assigned. Salary
