Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system
Qualify leads and gather essential information for the sales team

Monitor appointment-setting metrics and contribute to performance improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and service offerings for effective communication
Requirements
Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken
