Overview
Appointment setter position based in Charleston, SC. You will travel daily to our Charleston office. No overnight travel required and you will not need to use your personal vehicle for work. Hiring immediately. Paid training provided. Base pay and total compensation
Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr. In addition to base pay, compensation includes commission, weekly and monthly bonuses, and paid training. Typical first-year earnings: $40,000 - $70,000+ with an average reported pay around $53,000 (based on Glassdoor and Indeed data). Top Appointment Setters can earn substantially more; some earn around $1,500 per week. Responsibilities
Work with homeowners to set appointments for the Project Management team to deliver roofing solutions. Focus on generating potential customer interest for a free roofing estimate rather than making hard sales in the entry-level position. Provide a positive client experience and manage a seamless hand-off to other departments. Sell through information gathering and qualification to create scheduling opportunities. Training and growth
Paid training program: a full week focusing on product knowledge, installation knowledge, and marketing/sales. Over 80% of trainees bring in multiple clients on their first day. We will train you to perform a detailed roof assessment (from the ground), identify customer needs, and communicate technical issues to clients. Strong internal growth potential with promotion from within into managing and senior sales and marketing roles. Requirements
A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed Professional appearance and great communication skills High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation to and from our office Ability to work 11am - 7pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays Benefits and culture
