Our rapidly growing law firm is looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to join our close-knit, compassionate team of legal professionals. As the first voice many clients will hear, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and trustworthy first impression—and in guiding potential clients toward booking their first consultation. We're looking for someone who not only listens with empathy but is also excellent at selling the value of our legal services services and motivating prospective clients to take the next step. Responsibilities:
Speak with prospective clients by phone and email, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and confident in choosing our firm
Use your sales and persuasion skills to
encourage potential clients to schedule consultations
Evaluate client inquiries, assess case fit, and route qualified leads to the Client Engagement Specialist
Maintain organized client records and perform accurate data entry in our case management system
Manage attorney calendars and appointment schedules to support caseload growth
Perform general office support: emails, document management, data entry, and research
Collaborate with marketing on outreach strategies and referral partnerships to bring in new business
Support client onboarding by collecting necessary documentation and streamlining communication
Qualifications:
Strong ability to
sell and convert leads into booked appointments
Confident, clear communicator with a friendly, professional tone
Naturally compassionate and empathetic listener
Outgoing, energetic, and motivated to hit performance goals
Customer service or sales experience strongly preferred
Strong data entry and computer skills
CRM or legal case management software experience is a plus
Previous legal or administrative experience is helpful but not required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus
Compensation: $15 - $19 hours based on experience & qualifications
