Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional
Business Development Representative
to help expand our growing portfolio of commercial accounts. In this field‑based role, you will visit local businesses, service yards, construction companies, and fleet operations in person to introduce Fleet Auto Glass and secure new service partnerships.
This position is ideal for a
self‑driven, entrepreneurial salesperson
who enjoys building long‑term client relationships and is motivated by unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
Conduct face‑to‑face outreach to local businesses throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area.
Identify potential clients with company vehicles, heavy equipment, or delivery fleets in need of glass replacement or repair services.
Present and promote Fleet Auto Glass services to decision‑makers, including service managers, fleet managers, and business owners.
Establish new commercial accounts and serve as the initial point of contact to transition accounts to our operations team.
Manage your own prospecting activity, territory planning, and weekly goals with full support from company leadership.
Compensation
This is a
commission‑only
position with
no income cap . You will earn a commission for every windshield or piece of glass installed from
accounts you personally secure.
$100 per install
for the
first 10 installs at each new account, then $75 per install after the first 10 installs for the life of the account. These accounts are recurring and will continue to call in jobs once the account is established with us.
As accounts grow and order volume increases, so does your earning potential. There is no ceiling on earnings — your income is directly tied to your performance.
Qualifications
Proven success in business development, B2B sales, or related client‑facing roles.
Confident and professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, in‑person outreach, and territory‑based selling.
Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
Reliable transportation and availability to travel throughout the Tampa Bay region.
Familiarity with construction, fleet services, or automotive industries is a plus.
