Overview We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the transition of an advanced game development platform for a game manufacturing company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This long‑term contract position requires someone skilled in managing complex projects, ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple teams, and driving initiatives from concept to completion. The role is ideal for professionals who excel in dynamic environments and have a passion for delivering structured solutions.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive program management support to ensure seamless coordination of timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple studios.
Collaborate with technical teams to refine requirements and architectural documentation for platform adoption.
Define and manage clear milestones, acceptance criteria, and release gates for each stage of the studio rollout.
Drive the execution of the roadmap from initial proof‑of‑concept phases to full commercial launch.
Facilitate workshops, progress meetings, and change management sessions to prepare studios for the platform transition.
Implement governance processes and risk tracking tools to deliver transparent and data‑driven updates.
Ensure accountability and alignment across cross‑functional teams during all stages of the project.
Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience managing programs or projects in technology, gaming, digital content, or product development.
Demonstrated success in leading multi‑site or cross‑functional rollout initiatives.
Strong understanding of project management frameworks and ability to handle complex project lifecycles.
Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Expertise in managing concurrent projects in collaboration with technical or engineering leads.
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, or equivalent methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management.
Solid knowledge of Agile project management practices and IT project workflows.
