Build lasting relationships, deliver exceptional service, and earn the income your talent deserves. Responsibilities
Manage service orders and ensure a smooth workflow within the Service Lane. Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective service to all customers. Take ownership of the customer experience by going above and beyond to leave a lasting positive impression. Provide concierge-level support for all inquiries, whether in person or over the phone, ensuring no customer is mishandled. Maximize the daily utilization of technicians'' time by ensuring it is consistently allocated to service customers. Efficiently assign work to technicians based on skills and availability. Address technical questions related to vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs. Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company expectations. Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and manage the ordering of necessary parts and tools. Oversee warranty claims administration and provide training and supervision for the service department team. Encourage adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships with factory representatives and promoting employee collaboration. Ideal Candidate Qualities

Quick to learn new products and eager to grow and improve continuously. Maintains a professional appearance and polished demeanor. Exhibits a strong work ethic and thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented environments. Possesses a minimum of one year of customer-facing or telephone-based service experience.
