Position Description
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to be responsible for Asbestos, Lead, Mold, and other Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) project management. Experience in NYC environmental/industrial hygiene field required. The successful candidate will manage projects in the New York City area. As a project manager you will be responsible for coordination, field investigation, sampling and reporting. The ideal candidate will be able to complete projects with Asbestos and Lead Inspections, HUD Lead XRF Testing, Abatement, Mold and other various IAQ projects. Experience Required
Experience in related NYC asbestos/environmental/industrial hygiene field. NYC Asbestos Investigator license required. NYS Asbestos Inspector Certification EPA Lead Paint Inspector License Education Requirements
