Electrical Quality Assurance & Control Manager
to join our team in the
Southeast Georgia
region. About the Role:
As the
Electrical QA/QC Manager , you’ll lead quality assurance and control efforts for electrical projects across our Southeast operations. This role ensures that every installation, material, and procedure meets Sack’s high standards for excellence, safety, and compliance. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for delivering quality work and driving continuous improvement across the field.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all
electrical QA/QC
functions to ensure compliance with design, code, and contract requirements.
Develop and implement
project-specific QA/QC procedures , inspection plans, and testing protocols.
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure quality standards are met from pre-construction to final turnover.
Oversee inspection, testing, and documentation for electrical systems and components.
Review subcontractor work and verify compliance with Sack’s QA/QC standards and project specifications.
Maintain logs, reports, and documentation for inspections, NCRs, and corrective actions.
Support final inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Communicate findings and corrective actions clearly to leadership and field personnel.
Promote a proactive, detail-driven approach to quality throughout all job sites.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years
of experience in electrical construction, with
5+ years in a QA/QC or leadership role .
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, etc.).
Experience managing quality processes on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA/QC tracking tools.
Certification as a Quality Manager, Electrical Inspector, or equivalent.
A proactive, hands-on mindset with a focus on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
