Hill International

is seeking a Document Control Specialist in Phoenix, AZ for a full‑time on‑site position.

Responsibilities

Gather As‑builts plans (past and current) of all completed CIP, TI, and JOC projects for Sky Harbor, Goodyear, and Deer Valley

Organize folders using Microsoft Explorer, containing varying amounts of construction documents on the PSHIA DCS (Design Construction Services) server

Upload into the client’s Unifier Document Record Locator

Label folder with the correct AVN/TI unique identifier and title

Convert all documents to PDF

Separate plans by page, then by discipline. Each page must be titled by discipline with consecutive page numbering

Have all plans separated by folder, by discipline

Enter GIS grid coordinates from GIS application

Assist with As‑Built Record Requests

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control

Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro is required

Experience with AutoCAD and Unifier is preferred

Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and be willing to work full time onsite
