Now Hiring: Reconstruction Project Manager
Royal Restoration is currently seeking a
Rebuild Project Manager
with at least
3 years of solid experience
in the
insurance restoration industry . This role requires strong communication skills, field experience, and a deep understanding of construction workflows and insurance-related estimating.
You will be working on both residential and commercial projects throughout the
Washington D.C. metropolitan area , balancing time between
field visits and office coordination . You will handle inspections, scope development, estimating, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and customer satisfaction through final payment.
Responsibilities
Perform
site inspections
and develop detailed scopes for reconstruction projects
Create
accurate scope
and submit to estimators and
sells
the job.
Interface with clients to
review scopes, obtain work authorizations , and build rapport
Coordinate and manage all phases of repair using subcontractors to ensure work meets Royal Restoration standards
Monitor
progress, deadlines, quality , and subcontractor performance on multiple projects simultaneously
Ensure all project documentation is complete, organized, and up to date
Conduct customer follow-ups, ensure satisfaction, and assist with
final payment collection
Attend internal meetings and collaborate closely with other departments
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Associate’s degree, college preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant field experience
Minimum
3 years of experience
in construction or insurance restoration required
Prior experience managing or estimating.
Familiarity with
insurance restoration software , including
Xactimate ,
Symbility , and
XactAnalysis
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to read and interpret safety protocols, repair documentation, and procedure manuals
Must be able to write routine reports, job updates, and communicate effectively with clients and team members
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to site-specific challenges
Must be able to interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
Must be comfortable working on rooftops and carrying/using ladders (up to 28 ft); ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Visual requirements include close/distance vision, color/peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
