Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your contract management expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving project success by leading the management of commercial, contractual, and claim aspects, ensuring the protection of Alstom’s interests and enhancing project outcomes. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Legal, Finance, and Engineering), develop and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies, and provide training on contract and claim management to key stakeholders, and much more. Responsibilities
Ensuring application of Contract, Claims, and Insurance Management Manual (CCIM) and Alstom governance. Preparing Contract Summary and ensuring it is widely communicated and regularly updated. Preparing, with the Project Core Team, the Contract Management Strategy Plan (CMSP) and informing project team members on specific contractual points during Contract Management Day. Carefully analyzing the contract to build and drive implementation of the Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan, as well as keeping it updated and communicated with the project team on a quarterly basis. Monitoring Project Scope of Works, Schedule, and Milestones against the contract obligations. Establishing and implementing project‑specific commercial procedures, particularly regarding correspondences, notifications, insurance, variation requests/orders, and claims preparation. Developing and producing any project‑specific processes and ways of working for contract/claim management. Monitoring and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (for and with Project Manager/Director). Monitoring and managing insurance policies and their validity in collaboration with the Regional Insurance Manager. Providing training on contract/claim management to key project stakeholders, including project management, finance, engineering, sourcing, and suppliers. All about you

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak effectively before groups and write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to anticipate and manage conflicting priorities while working proactively. Creativity and the ability to bring forward new ideas, innovations, and strategies.
