Start-Up Coordinator Position at BOLAND in Gaithersburg, MD. Full-time hybrid. Functions as coordinator of equipment start-up with sales and mechanical contractors.

Essential Duties

Always provide excellent client service to all internal and external clients.

Answer telephones and email messages in friendly, professional manner.

Monitor email correspondence and incoming calls.

Receive and convey important information in a timely fashion.

Process, schedule, and follow up on start-up requests.

Process, schedule, and follow up all service requests assigned to you.

Utilize all functions within Wennsoft.

Monitor and respond to all email and voicemail messages received by Start-Up Warranty Group in a timely fashion.

Assist assigned Trane sales engineers with their service requests.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent experience and education required.

2 years of dispatch and client experience.

3-5 years of administrative and client service experience preferred.

Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel and strong phone skills.

Punctual, multi-tasker, reliable, self-starter, detail driven.

Team player, strong client service skills, works well with others, friendly.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, motivated, takes initiative a must.

Able to be seated in office setting for long periods of time.

Physical Requirements

Sitting for extended periods of time.

Ability to work in standard office environment.
