The G37 TREX Joint Exercise Senior Military Operations Analyst Task Lead will assist in providing Joint Exercises Support in service of the USASMDC G37 Training, Readiness, and Exercise Division (G37 TREX) mission.
Essential Job Function Serve as task lead for Joint Exercise Support. Conduct exercise planning, support, execution and documentation. Provide Quad charts, Executive Summaries (EXSUMs), and input to G37 products for all assigned exercises. Integrate, as possible, 1st Space Brigade and 100th GMD major training events into Tier 1 exercises to provide robust and realistic inputs to challenge the commanders and staffs. Collect Lessons Learned/After Action Review (AAR) comments from events that occur during exercises. Minimum Qualifications
Must have TS/SCI clearance. Must have 5+ years leadership experience as field grade officer/senior NCO (MSG/SGM) or equivalent. Must have Brigade or above level staff experience including orders productions, tier 1 level exercise planning, and staff processes. Must have professional experience in Army writing, briefing, and presentations. Must have experience with space support to operations, exercise planning.
