This position is based at our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
As a Financial Performance Analyst, you’ll ensure the financial success of some of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations by monitoring operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis. You’ll track key performance indicators, offer best practices, and lead discussions with healthcare executives. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication will help you isolate potential financial risks and convey them effectively. You’ll apply numerical analysis to evaluate revenue cycle risk factors, directly impacting the transformation of the healthcare industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success
Work experience in a finance‑related field preferred
Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, SQL
Ability to assess accuracy of data based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts
Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
