Your mission Identify and qualify as many prospects as possible in Belgique/Luxembourg by engaging them with impact: asking the right questions, raising their awareness of our HR challenges, and convincing them that
AssessFirst is the solution to unlock human potential.
What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis
Detect leads through a multichannel approach: phoning, emailing, social selling, inbound marketing, events, etc
Analyze and understand your contacts’ HR needs to offer a tailored solution
Organize qualified meetings for the Account Executives you’ll support all the way through to closing
Actively contribute to lead generation through HR events (organized independently or with support from the Marketing team).
Keep a close eye on and experiment with new prospecting methods to constantly improve your effectiveness
Your future team You’ll be part of the Benelux Team, made up
of 5 people
and managed by Geoffrey
What we’re looking for You are based in Belgium
You already have experience in prospecting and feel comfortable using digital to
ols
Experience in Tech or/and Saas sector would be a plus
