Night Manager Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Night Manager who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Night Manager directly supervises the Front Desk during the overnight shift and further supports oversight of the entire resort during this time. This individual leads the team in a constructive and efficient manner in order to create and maintain the highest level of service consistent with Four Seasons Standards. He or she will require great enthusiasm and commitment in addition to an acute ability to problem solve.
What You Will Do
Resolve guest concerns and interact with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Frequently tour the hotel and monitor activities of all other departments to assure that standards are being met, staff is being supported and guest needs are fulfilled.
Review late arrivals, next day early arrivals and departures to plan for the next day’s activities, in addition to facilitating billing requirements.
Audit room blocks and address any discrepancies.
Prepare proper handling of special attention guests, return guests, groups, etc.
Respond properly in any resort emergency or safety situation.
Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
What You Will Bring
College degree preferred in hospitality or similar field.
Minimum two years luxury hotel experience.
Cultural sensitivity to Hawai’i and its workforce.
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
